Licence PL348 B contains the significant Bauge (previously named Snilehorn) oil discovery made in November 2013 located four kilometres from the Hyme subsea template.

The main bore (6407/8-6) encountered oil columns of approximately 40 metres thickness in the Ile formation, 130 metres in the Tilje formation and in addition approximately 21 metres in the Triassic Grey–Beds formation. The oil water contact was not encountered in the main bore in any of the three formations.

The sidetrack (6407/8-6 A) encountered oil columns of approximately six metres thickness in the Melke formation, 75 metres in the Ile formation and 43 metres in the Tilje formation. In the sidetrack the oil water contact was not encountered in the Melke and Ile formations.

The Licence passed DG3 and sanctioned the Bauge development project in March 2017 (Faroe 7.5%).  The Bauge Field will be developed initially with two oil producers from a one 2-slot subsea template.  In addition one water injector will be drilled after a few years from the nearby Hyme subsea template utilising one of its free slots.  First oil is expected in Q4 2020.
